Due to the digital nature of the services provided by Drof, all subscription purchases are final. Once premium resources are allocated to your account, they cannot be reversed; therefore, we do not offer refunds.
1. Cancellation Policy
Users have the right to cancel their subscription at any time. To avoid future billing, you must cancel your plan through the user dashboard.
- Cancellations stop the renewal of the next billing cycle.
- You will retain access to all premium features until the end of your current paid period.
- We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused days within a billing cycle.
2. No-Refund Policy
Our infrastructure is designed for high-performance file sharing, and costs are incurred the moment a plan is activated. As such:
- No refunds will be issued for "change of mind."
- No refunds are provided for partial usage of monthly or yearly storage quotas.
- In exceptional cases of technical failure on our part (server downtime exceeding 48 hours), a partial credit or refund may be considered at the sole discretion of Drof.in.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Drof purely provides digital software services (SaaS).
- No Physical Shipping: No physical products are shipped to your address.
- Instant Delivery: Delivery of the service is considered complete the moment your account dashboard reflects the upgraded status. This usually happens within seconds of a successful payment.
4. Dispute Resolution
If you have been charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical error, the duplicate payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
